3	Medicine Free Home Delivery	Rs. 1000	Medicine free home delivery will be given on medicines that have a authorized signature on the prescription. The medicines will depend upon the availability of the stock at the vendor. The medicine is subject to change of the brand name. This facility will be available only in Mumbai and canbe availed anytime during the membership.
4	Case Paper Management	Rs. 2000	Medicure4u will be responsible for maintaining all the records of your reports given by the member from time to time. And will avail it to you anytime anywhere during the tenure of membership in Case Paper Management by email.
5	Transcendental Meditation	Rs. 3000	Transcidental Meditation is a meditation session done for session each for an hour consecutively for 5 days. It cannot be done for a single session or the five sessions combined together. You can avail this session once during your membership duration.
6	Paadkalpa	Rs. 1000	Two Padkalp therapies to be availed in 2 years
7	Medical Equipment	20% discount	Discount available on medical equipments is valid only for the equipments available at the vendor in alliance with medicure4u.
8	Consultation	Rs. 1000	Free consultation with the Doctor on our internal panel twice during your membership.
9	NRI Master Health checkup	10 % discount	An discount on the Master Health check up. This offer cannot be clubbed by any other ongoing offer.

Terms and Conditions:
1.	Members must present their Medicure4u Membership Royal card in order to redeem a discount.
2.	The card is not transferable.
3.	Per visit discounts cannot be combined for the same treatment, unless stated otherwise.
4.	If for any reason any service specified is not available at one hospital, the privilege can be used at any other participating hospital within the Medicure4u alliances, unless the service is only available exclusively at a specific hospital.
5.	Membership renewal must be made within 30 days after membership expiration date to be eligible for discount.
6.	In case of lost or damaged card, please inform your hospital for a new card. There will be a fee of 100 rupees.
7.	The card cannot be transferred except in the case where the member is deceased. Only immediate family members have the right to the transfer, with a fee of 100 rupees.
8.	If the member decides to cancel a card, there will be no refund.
9.	The hospital reserves the right not to allow the use of any Medicure4u Membership Royal card privileges with other promotional programs or employer benefits program; unless otherwise stated, Medicure4u Membership Royal card discounts apply only to regular priced exams.
10.	Medicure4u Membership Royal card reserves the right to alter any privileges without prior notice
